Help with the app
Tell us which computers you use, for example a Mac and a Windows PC, the version of macOS or Windows on each, and what happened, step by step. If the app showed a message, copy its words. The more we know, the faster we can find the cause.
Your personal data
To get a copy of your personal data, have it corrected, or object to how we use it, email us from the address you sign in with. We answer within one month, as the GDPR requires. The privacy policy explains what we hold and why.
Ideas and feedback
Tell us what you would use Spegla for, what got in your way, and what you wish it did. We read every idea, and the ones that fit shape what we build next.
Press
Say which publication you write for and when your deadline is. We can explain how Spegla connects your devices, share pictures of the app, and tell you what works today and what comes next. We are a small team in Stockholm, so you hear back from the people who build the app.
Deleting your account
Email us from the address you sign in with, or follow the steps on the data-deletion page. We complete a deletion within one month.
Security
If you find a security problem in Spegla, email privacy@klura.app with what you found and how to reproduce it. Please give us a chance to fix it before you share it. Our security.txt lists the same contact.
